Acknowledgments

The National Housing Bank expresses its sincere thanks to the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, who initially put forth the idea of constructing this index and asked the Bank to undertake this work. The Bank acknowledges the contribution by the Chairman and Members of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG), the member institutions of TAG for their help and guidance in completion of this project. The Bank also acknowledges the contribution of the Members of NHB RESIDEX Advisory Committee and their respective organisations for their help and guidance in updating of NHB RESIDEX. In particular, the Bank is grateful to Reserve Bank of India at all levels who have consistently supported and assisted the Bank.
