OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME

The objective of the programme is to familiarize the participants with the various Guidelines, Norms & Acts involved in fairness & transparency issues while interacting with the customers. The participants would be made aware of the various guidelines and measures for prevention of fraudulent practices and anti money laundering measures. Group exercises & case studies will also be conducted for the benefit of the participants.
